It depends if the rom has working 3d.
Normally in the YouTube app only, when browsing through videos, if the video is in 3d, it'll show the "3d" symbol.

There was an update to the youtube app a few months back that pretty much broke 3D viewing, so you can't watch videos in 3D anymore if you grab the app from the playstore. There is, however, a mod of the youtube app that you can use to get 3D and other things working: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1529715.

Thank you! This works for me, however there is not very many good 3-D videos on YouTube. Sad, but true. Any ideas of anything good?

YouTube plays 3d just fine for me on the latest version using Mobster.
As mentioned above though, not a whole lot of content available. I like all the different mods on that thing though, thanks for the tip.
Except this one lol. Just shows up side- by-side.
