3g and signal

I am on s4 rom before I was on stock root and my 3g was fine now it is low does anybody know why it is real bad
 
Is it your signal or your data speed (there is a difference you can have a clear signal but crappy data speed)? Are you past the 2.5 gig limit? Did you try a SCRTN reset ##72786# ?
 
No I am not passed my data limit you lnow the 3g signal when it gets low it goes to a 1x like that and it never did that no I did not try that but it happend on all the roms I downloaded except when I was on stock
 
Makes the phone do the setup activation process with the network. Just like it did when you first got it and turned it on. It is good for resetting communication issues. The automated help actually has you do that for certain data problems. On the newest TW ROMs you need to know your MSL to do it (safety measure against doing it accidentally, but not really needed). Older ROMs (FH29, FI22 etc) don't ask you for the MSL.
