Help 3G Connection

i have the same problem i hav the wildfire s a510e and is using it in the caribbean every1 else is getting 3G except me..
 
I bought this phone for my son. I thought it was a good choice since he's 12 but I'm regretting it. I thought this was a 3g phone but he only gets 1x and the internal memory on this phone sucks.
 
Please ensure that in your wireless settings, the 3G is enabled. Sorry but I can't give you much more help. I live in a country where 3G is pretty much unavailable right now but that could be one of the reasons why it's not working
