Help 3g gone after factory reset | HELP!

Hey guys ! I got the automatic 3g update on my LG optimus m and I was enjoying my 3g for a few weeks now

But I accidentally did a factory reset on my phone, and of course it deleted everything. And sadly 3g also disappeared!

My PRL is at 3019. I tried calling *228, but with no luck, my PRL is stuck at 3019.

Correct me if I'm wrong, in order to get 3g, 3020 PRL or higher is required right?
(My area where I live does recieve 3g.) But I am still getting 1x

I don't wanna go through manually updating my PRL. Should I contact metro? and see if they will give me my 3g back?

Any suggestions ?

I would appreciate anyone's help ASAP!

I dont think Metro would help at all but I could be wrong, why dont you wanna do it manually, its one click easy

If you are going to ask or wait on Metro to fix it, you might as well teach your cat to drive your car which would be quicker and easier. Using QPST it's a 2min process if that and it's safe.

Thanks man! but I did call metro which was a bad idea.

I got into an argument with some lady. she kept saying metro does not have 3G service. she pissed me off..
