Root 3g Hotspot App not Installing

Has anyone else using the "AOSP" roms like RubiX and Fission gotten the 3g mobile hotspot app (from verizon) to work. I can't seem to get it installed even though it's in the /system/app folder.

It doesnt work on Deblurred roms. At least, not yet, and not that I know of. I believe it has ties to the framework of blur, so without blur, it wont run.

i wonder when its going to be fixed..im back to stock for now till its working on focused 1.0 but in know it worked for me on focused 0.5

Yeah it worked up until Focused 0.5 for me too, but RubiX 1.0 and Fission are using more stock bases.
