I woke up this morning and when i unlocked my phone i saw the 3G icon on the status bar. When i try to use it, it goes back to 1x, but when i can open the browser while it's 3G, it stays loading forever. It's constantly flashing from 3G to 1x but most of the time it's 3G. I even tried other PRLs like 3024 and 3023 but they did not fix the problem so i went back to 3025. How can i fix this?

I'm on 3023.
From about 304 (Harris field) west of us1 I get OK 3g that sticks most of the time. East of us1 it skips back to 1x up to about 112 Ave.
As you go north the signal sticks more often but its pretty pocketed.
For instance, if you go up to us1 to 12-17 avenues (between the big cheeze and the i95 entrance/exit) you get 3g in one block from either side of us1 but not really near it.
South miami is spotty but OK.
From Krome Ave east it gets stronger and again pretty spotty sometimes.
In the Northwest area 3g is near the richer area and skirts the Hood.
