3G in US

Hey all, I'd really like to have one if these, but many of the online and,or eBay sites say the unlocked version is NOT compatible with 3g in the US....any truth to that? Its bad enough theres no lte on this,but I don't want to get '2 g' sppeds....thx in advance

Running HSPA+ on ATT here.

It won't work on T-Mobile in US which is the 1700 band, but you can still connect to their 2G.

His info says "Seguin, TX" which is just outside of San Antonio.

Blake where did u get ur g note from I see some people are having some problem with there's and att 3g iam nerves to I have one in the mail
