Root 3g lost?

Anyone mind helping me? Currently on the new CM9 alpha, after a while I lost data connection and the bars on top are shown in a gray color rather then blue. Anyvfast way to fix this? I've checked and made sure to allow data connection in settings and everything

i also lost 3g but call virgin mobile and data and web is down i'm on latest 6.8.9 alpha also

I called virgin and can also confirm that it was a network outage.

This is funny, I so spent hours last night trouble shooting my phone thinking I broke 3g. woke up this morning and it was on, dam you VM.

Where are you located? Everyone that posted in this thread, including myself, had an outage in their area. My sisters OV got it first, then my MT like 20 minutes later.

Haha I started tethering with barnacle and it gave out 5 mins into tethering with it. I swore VM caught on 'till I saw my girlfriend's phone had no 3g either.

Yeah I litterally flashed all the roms on here and restored 3 of my nandroids trying to figure it out. But now that I think about it, why did I care about my 3g at 1:00 in the morning lol

Oh also, I'm in the chambersburg, pa area.

My data speeds have been pretty good since the network outage! i wonder if they did something to increase bandwidth or something. how are you guys data speeds?

I lost my data (3G) today and flashed to a different ROM to try and fix. Didn't help. Then I did a search and found this thread and decided to see if my wife had 3G and hers was out as well. So, that said, looks like I will be test driving Starship Triumph . Hopefully my data will return, but no biggie at the moment because WiFi is working just fine.
