Help 3g Not working *Please Read**

Hey guys, Im new here,
But anyways, According to MetroPCS's Coverage map, i AM in a 3G area, and my phone was updated (by me dialing *228) but still no 3G? I Still get 1X and metro support is trying to say 1x is 3G, when its really not.

on 1X i get 0.03MBPS down and 0.08MBPS up.

According to metro I live in a 3g area also but all I got is 1x. If I goto my inlaws that's 45 minutes away then I have 3g.

there are no 3g coverage in rhode island...only near west warwick http://www.sensorly.com/map/2G-3G/US/USA/Metro_PCS/cdma_310metro

I feel bad for anyone who uses metro but has 1x on their android. Luckily, my um, state/town/region whatever has 3g.
