3G not working well anymore!

I don't know why but my 3G is very intermittent if working at all. It has been like this for over 2 weeks now. The Tech at the verizon store put the phone on to "data when roaming". It has not helped at all. Ay suggestions??

Yes they did and so did I before I went there!.
