Phew thing you could try is to update your data profile.
you may need to switch to half ass rom temporarily to do so. I don't think i checked to see if blood had added that menu back with 3.8
If this is the case-
make a backup.

Let it boot.
Go to settings> about phone> system update> update profile
(it may not be that exact wording, but it's something choose to that)
