Help 3G only loading m.virginmobileusa.com?

I'm having an odd problem where I can only access m.virginmobileusa.com. Any attempt to access another site (Google, Yahoo, etc) redirects to the virgin mobile site. Tech support doesn't seem to have a clue what's happening either.

Wi-fi works fine, phone and texting are ok as well.

Has this happened to other users?

This is a known problem informally called the "Redirect of Death" (ROD). If this started on your payment due date and that is today, your internet (3G) may possibly start up again on it's own at midnight tonight. Otherwise, you can call VM CS and have them restart your month, or you can try doing it yourself after signing in on the VM website, and clicking the Restart My Month button. But first, do a search for ROD or Redirect of Death, and you will find many suggestions on how to possibly prevent this from happening, and lots of instances of this problem.
