Help 3G out

my 3g wont work at home or aty school i called best buy they said sptint was doing some tower stuff but i called boost and they have no record of it and 3G stays on untill i make a call or somthing then when im done with thye call 3G is gone and wont come back on for hours help?

Have you tried going into airplane mode and then turning airplane mode back off?

I had 3g go out for almost a week about a week ago ...boost didn't have a clue for a few days of me calling they had me wipe the the phone I did that then odin'd it back to stock ( i am rooted) thought they had caught on to me tethering this was only happening at my home and I hadn't left for a few days but when I did and transfered to another tower all was well got back home and nothing needless to say it sucked out loud and it has been back up for now I got crappy signal and data speeds ....so I would bet that it is a tower issue for you as well.....if you can please post when it clears up and let me know if your signal and data speeds have gotten worse ...Thankz in advance......BTW I'm in south FL area

I would continue to call Boost and they will put you on a call back thing that they do (for me it was 24hrs later) but they finally figured out it was a tower problem (mainly after I told them it was) If you go a good few miles away from your home and school and the problem goes away then you'll more than likely have to wait maybe you'll get lucky and it won't last a week like it did me

i'm in houston texas and mine was out this morning. i reset my phone and it works now.

Take your battery out for a minute or so . Reboot the phone , if you still are having 3g issues let Boost know and ask for a credit ! They have given me several in the past year because they were working on towers in my area .
