I recently picked up a Xoom and found it had a bad ESN, it bothered me at first but then I figured it didnt really matter since it has wifi and I got it for a good price...
Is there any reason I should be concerned about having on with a bad esn?
Will it affect me at all when it comes to udates, rooting, loading ROMs, etc?
Is there any chance in the not-so-near future it could be activated, is is it locked for good?
(btw, it's not stolen, Verizon says the previous owner has an unpaid balance)
