I am very simple with technology so please don't use scary words. My Casio commando 4 does fair video filming I foster rescue dogs and using the movie maker pre installed I have done some decent you tube films to help get my dogs adopted. But on the phone I can't silence me chatting to the dogs and as I have a blind puppy farm rescue I was chatting all the time to her so she did not get lost.
Well the blind dog had successful cataract surgery and can now see. So I want to use my preferred movie programme windows movie maker to do an emotional film of this dogs journey.
Bit more background I am in the UK and when I try to download version programme not that I think I need it but for info.
So if I plug my phone in to my lap top I can view the video files on the computer but they are in gp3 so I can't drag them in to movie maker. I Googled best converters and trued the top two suggested. One got stuck, had to pull the laptop battery out to get rid of it the other said there was no file when I dragged or tried to open the video file on my phone.
So if any of that makes sense what free simple to use file converter should I download or is there another way to save the phone video files to a more user friendly format
Thanks for reading my techno dunces post
