Hi : )
If I use 3rd party library as
(because I didnt put jar library into a project directly)
And a project ( or app) download jar library from internet, and then, 'saved it' ????
So once, it is downloaded, no more downloads after this time right ?
I am afraid that, a app try to download jar file each time the app is launched..
because it will took a time and make a app performance worse.
I 'think' , a library is download just once at the first time, and a library file is saved in somewhere in a project, and app uses downloaded library repeatedly.
something wrong with my thinking, plz tell me....
