They may not. Most of the time these leaks are the tester version of a full update to come later. Based off of past experience I'd say we will see something this month.

you are going to have to get a pre rooted version of the ROM. i know Rootzwiki has one. i would post the link but i don't know if that is allowed or not.

to install the rooted version, I'd say yes

to just install the update, you need to be unlocked
