Help 4.1.57 Issue

After the 4.1.57 update I can no longer get text messages from VERIZON customers. anyone else having this issue?

No issues with that...The update had nothing to do with messaging I'd call tech support and see what they say.

Ive called tech support for both ATT and VZW. ATT thinks I should factory reset the handset.

Then you should. I've done it a few times (before update, but not since.) Does suck if you've set up an alternate launcher and downloaded a bunch of stuff, 'cause then you have to do it all over again. Just make sure to do it when you're near wifi, that way reloading everything will be much quicker and you won't have to wait until you ARE connected back to wifi.

Ive done a reset twice now. The first time using the phones installed method of factory reset and also the side scroll/power button recovery mode hard reset. Even doing both the update 4.1.57 is still in the handset upon reboot and still cannot contact verizon customers.
