Thanks for your suggestion but it didn't work for me. I had tried that on stock ICS and other roms in the past with no success. That's why I'm hoping for a support for custom APN via code change in framework.jar and if necessary in some other places as well. I remember reading in one of your posts that you compile your own CM10 rom. If you like to help, maybe you can try that code change suggested in a link that I posted earlier.

Ive tried Mozilla and Chrome from my laptop and also dolphin and chrome from my phone and still getting this 404 not found error. Is there anyone that will post a drop box link for me to the 4.2.2 Gapps for CarbonRom? Thanks

Are you getting a 404 file not found error? Thats whats happening to me. Im anxious to try this Rom but I cant do nothing without the Gapps. Im not a pro by any means. Please let me know if you find it elsewhere and I will do the same. Thanks

For the people that wants youtube, download an app called Video Tube. It is a quick walk around for watching youtube videos

For the people getting random lock ups and reboots, try to use a different lockscreen because when waking up the phone, the lock screen tends to crash on some phones causing the phone to reboot.

i have used this rom for 1 day now gsm international

rom is smooth except for keyboard which is lagging
when using gsm sms are not working
when calling proximity sensor is not working its freezing
wifi and phone signal strength is low compared to ics rom
gsm data is not working
baterry backup is pretty good i have to admit
overall ui rom is pretty good its still in alpha so later versions may be smooth
thanks jssa for this amazing rom hoping that u wont leave it here!
 
The main problem Im having with this Rom is reboots. I changed lock screens but it still happens, though not quite as often. The apps are kind of laggy but I didnt expect perfection in an alpha. I really like the looks and feel though. Alot more options in 4.2.2 Thanks guys

better than before i used to get like more than 20 reboots a day now only 2 will a new lockscreen its just the system ui crashes kicking ass but i could live with it ;)

I found changing the lock screen helps its mostly system ui crashes idk what is causing it but it happens when rotating or when getting a SMS when your phone is lock and trying to unlock or when texting someone then locking your phone but I found changing my lock screen to go locker helps a lot haven't got as much reboots :):)

I like the feel of all the new stuff together but I'm getting a lot of random reboots still. Earlier I had tried to long press my blackmart to put on the home screen and the whole score went bonkers and I had to reboot just to get it to quit. It was like I did it in slow motion and I could see all the frames. I'm gonna try go locker and see what luck I have.

I went full ****** and used ilauncher and lock iOS7 from espire its nice and smooth :D:cool:

Did you disable screen lock in security settings? or just left it at slide? because i noticed that when its set to none, if the screen times out, it locks up the phone... display wont turn on. forcing me to pull battery and reboot...
