Help 4.3 on Verizon Note 2 Question

Very specifically, is the Settings section on the Verizon Note 2 supposed to be tabbed? My wife's phone updated a week or two ago and her Settings aren't tabbed.

Sorry for not putting this in the general discussion thread, but you can never find anything in there, especially when it has four hundred and some odd replies. After I get an answer, I will message a moderator to merge with the main thread.

I am in Canada with Telus. My settings are tabbed with the 4.3 update. I thought this was the norm as I know someone with an S3 that also has tabbed settings on 4.3.

That's how you toggle tab view.
It works on my brother's Note 3 and every 4.3 ROM I've used.
