Help 4.3 update causing anyone to have a music shortcut in drop down?

Updated my Galaxy s4 for Verizon and I now have a music shortcut in my drop down box and a pause icon in the status bar. I closed every music app and I can't even find the Miley Cyrus song at all on my phone the app is trying to play

Yes! Have been searching the forums to find anyone with similar issues. My s4 is doing the exact same thing, although it's not Miley Cyrus, but Darius Rucker..... some help on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!!!

Jackpot!!! I am having the same issue since the 4.3 update. Its getting rally old. Wish someone had a fix for this.

Someone please take a screenshot of it when it happens? I'm assuming it maybe GPlay Music, it used to do that before Google fixed it, maybe the bug is back.

As requested, here is screenshot of the annoying music player that keeps coming back....and back....and back......

I'm having the same issue, as well as the accompanying widget on my lock screen. For some reason, my phone thinks I should be listening to TLCs Waterfalls....

Based on the good suggestion from Y2k above, I went into the application manager and "Turned Off" the Samsung Music application (found under the "All" tab). Have not seen a single obnoxious pop-up of the music player in the past 4 hours. Previously would start-up on its own at least once/hour if not more. Hope this solutions helps others.:)
