Help 4.3 Update pushing out now worldwide. Discuss/issues

One if the main reason I did not update to this newer versions is for privacy reasons. On this new version it removes App Ops Starter which allows you to control what applications have access to on your smartphone. They obviously did not like anyone but themselves controlling this.

I was wondering, is it possible to revert back to 4.3? Ever since I got 4.4, my phone has been really crappy. Constant freezes, random restarts, touch screen works only quarter of the time, battery life is horrible, all games crash within couple mins and sometimes phone shuts down. While I had 4.3, it worked 95% of time. It feels like my old S3 because thats what my old S3 used to do. Got rid of my S3 and got this HTC One. It doesn't even feel like a HTC One anymore after updating it to 4.4.

no not possible under stock configuration. once you update, you cant go back.

if you really want to, rooting is your option.

But have you tried doing a factory reset after the update - clear out any stuff that may have got corrupted and start again?

That was the first thing I did. Thought I said that in my post but I never did. But I have rooted my phone and its working that way it should be now.

Anyone having issues with turning the phone on after the update?
I hit the power button and it does nothing. Holding it either makes the soft lights flash or takes me to the options screen.
