Has anyone with the s4 active on at&t's network received the 4.3 update that was to be released on the 24th of December?

Nothing yet for me. Disappointing that it's taking this long. I'm beginning to think the regular S4 will be on Kit Kay by the time the Active gets 4.3.

I just want to use the galaxy gear I received for xmas.but cant until i get the update
