Root 411 calls

I tried making a 411 call today and got the message saying not enough minutes and i need to top up but i still have 200 minutes left. I'm currently using cyanogen mod is this issue with the mod or is this a virgin mobile issue? I have the 300 minute plan by the way.

411 is not included with your plan and has an extra cost.

Just to expand, you can add money to your account to access features like that. I think my bff uses 1800free411 with success on her prepaid
