Copy the zip file to your sdcard ..
Boot in to recovery ..

Install using the 2nd option on the main menu ..
Pick: Install from sdcard - Pick zip file

Remember .. Reboot recovery to apply the changes!

From The Main Screen ..
Press Power Menu - Reboot Recovery
This seems to work best!
