Does anybody have an idea for what i could use to enable/disable these settings from the home screen, or at least all together in one screen, like quick settings? It is a real pain going to the android settings every time.

Ummm, on the base install they're already on one of the home screens. Specifically, on the one to the left of the main home screen.
If, for whatever reason, you lose them, you can readd them by clicking the + button in the bottom-right, choosing Widgets, then Settings and you can see all of the settings widgets right there.

Oh, I forgot to specify that I don't have Sense. I can't stand it.
