Root 4g data issue (i think)?

My statusbar shows i have data up and down with pefect signal but i still get random pop ups saying data connectivity issue bla bla bla, youtube plays about 20 sec before buffering for 60 over and over netflix is the same. ive tried clearing caches, diff roms, stock rom, data gov mod, having metro clear the line, 4 diff prls, and every other thing i could think of. I'm on an unlimited plan running driftas rom. any help or ideas? I'm at a loss :-( been going on for about a month and starting to get really annoying. Thanks for any help!

Did it randomly start happening or were you tinkering around and then it started?

maybe they are fixing the towers lol

It started happening random. i thought towers at first but its been 3-4 wks now and my wifes 4g has no issues at all. my 3g runs faster and smoother than 4g.

Try taking out the uicc card, reboot the phone, then shut it off, put the card back in and reboot it with the card in.
 
Ok tried taking the card out rebooting putting ut back rebooting, still a no go.
Thanks for trying to help though. I'm open to more ideas......hammer, drop from a plane, accidental drowning?
No really i love the phone just need to get it sorted. Thanks guys!

and done. no dice. metro says they dont know whats up eaither.

been down every normal route i can think of and some not so normal.

his first post states that he have tried it,
on another note, i cant get youtube to play, loads up the start/home screen, but when i click on a vid to play, it just sits at the loading screen before anything happens. everything else works fine but the yt app. went to the playstore and read some reviews, seems like the esteem is having a problem with youtube cause we arent the only one.

have you unrooted/flashed back to stock, and retry everything? thats about all that i can think of
 
well there's allway's take it back to metro and have them exchange it..should be under your warranty....

what sucks is its a 50/50, its a 1yr warranty with lge, and i think 30 days with metro, unless you have insurance, 100bucks to get a new one o_O

well with the 1000$ investment i got i pay insurance for all 3 of my phones
