Yea... It's fast.

In 1X areas I am 100kbs up and down, in 4G areas I am usually around 2.5Mbits down/1mbit up. My best was 9mbits down and 4mbits up. My pings in 4G areas vary from 150-300 and in 1X areas they vary from 500-1000. I am on the 40$ a month plan which is essentially a 3G plan.

mine is running about 6mbps up and about 4.5mbps down. But the lady told me they are about to bump up the speed sometime in october.

I would rather they put up a few more antennas so I didn't have to climb a tree to get reception when I am not in a major city.

Where were you in the dfw area? I live near garland/mesquite area, but work in Irving. I haven't gotten a 4G phone yet, but would like to know where I would get good speed for when I do get a phone with 4G.
