Help 4G Down In Annapolis?

Anyone else notice that 4G is down in the Annapolis area?

Earlier today I disabled 4G on my phone because I was in a fringe area, but when I turned it back on I didn't get 4G back.

I lost 4g where I normally picked it up. I took out the battery, took the 4g card out, blew on it like a old Nintendo game (which did nothing haha) put the card back in, battery back in, turned the phone on, and Wala! Had 4g again.

I rebooted several times (but didn't try the old blow on the SIM card trick) to no avail.

However, about a day later 4G had returned, so I am suspecting that Verizon had some sort of issue.
