4G firmware for international version?

I have an international GT-N7100 which - according to both Kies and the phone - has the latest firmware, but under mobile networks/network mode I don't have the 4G or LTE option.

My carrier is 3UK and they told me that to use 4G with them I need to install 4G-compatible firmware, but they couldn't help me with where to find this.

Does anyone know where I can get it, and what the implications are of installing it?

According to Kies my current firmware is PDA:MK8/PHONE:MJ9/CSC:MK1(XEF).

Thanks

Of course not every Note II is 4g compatible (its about hardware not just firmware)

And I'm pretty sure you'd need to have the n7105 for it to work with 4g.

Thanks for the replies. The N7100 is 4G-compatible.

I've just spent an afternoon recovering from the joys of a corrupted SD card but when I have some free time I'll go through the backup/reflash process with the ML2 firmware.

My understanding is that the Three network in the UK require you to have an N7105 to access their 4G network.

This^^
When I got my T Mobile Note 2 the guy asked if I wanted a 4G or 3G model, which were as stated in a previous post
N7100 = 3G
N7105 = 4G
