4g live in los angeles?

So I turned my 4g radio on last night to check for 4g and nothing, then passed out... woke up and looked at my phone and BAM one bar of 4g. I live in marina del rey. As I drove toward Venice I was getting full bars, and 7.5 down. Anyone in the area getting the same?

I am now getting 4G at home. North of Manchester and West of Sepulveda in Westchester near LAX. We didn't have it a couple of weeks ago.
