4G LTE Toggle Widget?

Does anyone have a suggestion for a working 4G LTE toggle widget?

I use LTE Switch. Works fine, but you have to go thru a menu item once you click it.

No problems with it on my droid charge (not-rooted). Use it quite a bit.

I use it as well. No issues that I know of.

I've been using 4G LTE Toggle for CHARGE for a few days, no problems yet.
