Help 4G Network problems..........

Just went to VZW store with the idea to swap the phone. When i told them about 4G cutting in and out, they said, VZW is working on software update/patch, and it will be send out "soon". So, there is no need to exchange the phone, because before that update, i would have exactly the same problem with the new one. But, when it is going to be pushed out - that they cannot tell.......so, i decide to call Tech Support, and they told me the exact thing........the wait is the killer.....:mad:
 
This has been known for a few days now. We are supposed to see the update by the end of next week but with verizon nothing is defenite till they announce it..
 
In certain 4g covered areas Tbolts are losing the 4g signal. It will drop to 3g, 1x, nothing back to 4g basically rendering data useless on the phone. Can't even connect constant to 3g where I used to get great 3g coverage. 1 mile east and south and the 4g works flawless, havent traveled North or West to try. It also is a killer on the battery while it is switching back and forth. BTW, my phone work perfectly most areas just not my house where it does this.
 
I hope they actually put out a statement about the update, and dont just expect people to one day see 4g constantly on the phone. I say this because i havent seen anything about them putting out an update on the internet. Forums seem to be the only way to get their info.
