Help 4g only uploading?

Recently (about the past 2 days) my phone has showed that it either has no internet signal, or when it does it just shows an up arrow and I cannot surf the web. Under settings it sometimes shows connection failed. I restarted it and then it worked for a couple hours, then went back to the same thing again. I took out the sim and put it back in. Could it just be the LTE network, or do I need a new sim or update the radio? BTW I am in an area with dense 4g coverage (LA).

Mines doing the exact same thing. In fact, my 4G was rocking for the first month, now i am lucky to get 3G. Hoping there is a fix in the next update because this just blows. Get me used to rocking speeds, now it is basically unusable.
