4G plan comparison

I just went to the Metro website to see the 4G plans they had and compare them. I'm waiting for the Esteem to be released but i dont understand the difference between the $50 and the $60 plans except for the Video On Demand. Below that it says "Included Multimedia Streaming Access", does that mean i can only use 1GB of YouTube over LTE or what exactly is that? Could someone explain to me the difference between the two plans? Thanks

I think that is referring to if you stream certain video feeds like netflix or hulu; stuff like that. That's my guess anyway
