Help 4G Speeds BEYOND Slow ! (LA Area)

So i got my LG Motion on christmas & loved the 5-6mbps speeds and i was amazed. But recently i've been having VERY slow speeds(166kbps) & sometimes it stops working all together.


Is this something to call metro about and see whats up?
I'm not passed my 4G data. My brother with the same phone and plan is hitting about 2-3mbps, What could be the problem? I've also reset my phone and it got it working again but at these SLOW speeds.

You said you did a reset, was it as described in this thread starting around post 19? If not, try that.

It is a network reset. It just worked to fix my intermittent 4G loss.

Try what OcalaFlGuy said if that doesnt work double check to see that you havent gone over your cap if you have thats why, if you havent make a complaint on their facebook page just copy & paste what you wrote here without the emoticons

This helped alot thanks.
But its weird i do a speed test and its still showing a 0.11mbps connection..
But while surfing on Chrome everything seems speedy.

Have you got a Metro store close to your house?

Go there and check your phone against theirs. That was how I knew for sure it Was My phone.
