Help 4G Video Streaming Problems

Just a few days ago, videos that I would view on YouTube for example would be in low quality even though the HQ button is on. I though it was the app itself but I noticed it was on all videos I streamed on all websites on my 4G but, if I watch videos on my WiFi it works perfectly fine in high quality. Is anyone else having this problem? Help!!

Are you in a bad part of town with low signal. Go DL speed test and test your speed

i got the same problem i dont know whats going on but i can help you. pimp my rom has some network settings that got it back but it only works with the old youtube. i forgot witch ones but i can tell you dont use the stream faster one
