4g wont connect..

can someone help me out?I don't understand why my 4g wont stay connected.when I first turn it on the little arrows will flash for a sec but then it turns into an x next to it..when I go into the 4g menu it says disconnected...I'm still a noob..only had this phone for about a week now..need some help if u can..

Are you in a WiMAX 4g area? It sounds like you aren't.

LOL 4g isn't everywhere. You could get it 5 mins down the street but not at your house... It will give it to you when your in an area that has it
