Well have to send this one back. It has some serious wear and sounds like something is loose inside. Called verizon and told them about it and the guy said we are sorry it should of never been sent out and are sending another one tomorrow. As usual I have had nothing but great service with Big Red customer service.
 
Well that sucks that you have to send back yet another phone. At least VZW was understanding. I really thought they got the bad refirbs issues worked out for the bolt.
 
My first replacement was flawless as was the others i had in the past . As soon as I said it looked like crap the guy went we are very dorry it shouldnt have been sent out as all refurbs should look brand new.
 
I glad customer service knows that, now if only they can get the message to the guys who box up the phones to ship them :rolleyes:
 
I was thinking they fire the blind guy that does final inspection. my first replacement was mint so I have confidence in them.

all of them. well wont know number 4 as its not here yet. I would still be on #2 if the spring lock for the sd card wouldnt have broke. the third one of the side wasnt scrapped up I wouldnt have asked for another one.

Holy cow they must of felt bad as I have a GN in my hands.I have you to thank for this. Without your post they would of never known what I really wanted.
