Help 5.0.1 - Cannot change launcher

Hi,

Ever since Version pushed the OTA Lollipop update, I cannot set a 3rd party launcher as the default (nova, apex, etc...). I can run a launcher and set it in default Application -> Home, but as soon as I go the recent apps screen (long press home button), and "close all", it reverts back to touchwiz.

A factory reset does not help.

Any one seeing this?

I am running 5.0.1 on verizon.

Are you running a PIN lock screen or other crypto feature?

Nope. I use the stock locker with no security features.

Try Aviate.

I had an issue when I upgraded and it worked but I developed a setup wizard error that started ruining my day. Had to do a clean wipe and that fixed it. If you have clean wiped after the upgrade. . Where did you get the upgrade? Maybe that is the cause?
