if you want this to just end im pretty confident this will work
in my main page https://s.basketbuild.com/devs/Seraph08
theres a zip file named Carl. In that is 3 img files you will fastboot
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash userdata userdata.img
by this point your phone is wiped, and i mean completely your photos everything.
ill recommend since your already in fastboot flash recovery to use adb for the moment ill recomend SuperR's Philz.
https://s.basketbuild.com/devs/Seraph08/falcon/Recovery built by SuperR/fastboot imgs
flash your recovery boot into recovery
adb sideload your gapps
you should basically have a brand new phone. just a new phone with a recent AOSPA build.
@Seraph08 - hey, I followed these steps -
Worked like a charm, though when I plugged my phone to my PC, the storage section showed 5.04 GB free of 5.43. Any idea what's causing this?
My partition is as follows :
/system - 0.94 GB
/data - 5.44 GB
/cache - 652 MB
/sdcard (FAT) -5.44 GB
Got a XT1033, 16 GB, dual SIM.
He has the 16gb version though I think that's what his issue is.5.43gigs total space, after flashing and the phone wipes, 5.04 gigs left.

Should be more than that. Should be around 12.@Seraph08 as @timmyh318 said, I have 16GB storage space. Available memory should be approx 11Gb, right?
You know way more than me but the 1033 is a first gen g. It is just a 16 gb model of it. He gonna be ok flashing titan roms on a 16gb first gen g??You want the builds for titan not falcon. Second generation G, code named titan

Flashed 16jul build over 12jul. Worked perfectly.I blame global warming on the amish and Xposed.

Will suggest you to flash your last stock ROM via fastboot .
Then again flash choice of custom recovery and flash ROM via zip.
You flashed custom boot system and userdata IMG via fastboot . which was ment for 8GB version I guess.
You were already rooted with recovery there was no real reason to fastboot to stock. Just should of installed your backup or just downloaded a different rom and installed it. Did you fastboot back to kit kat? If so it won't go past the boot logo. You should still be able to get to recovery. Just reinstall a custom recovery and go from there.Tried flashing stock ROM img via fastboot, phone doesnt boot up. Is stuck at the bootloader screen.
All he did was flash the p.a. rom. I would think just restoring his backup would fix the issue.^^^
His partition table is messed up, he need to go to stock fully to correct that. Then with custom recovery any zip can be flashed.
Remember he flash system boot and user partitions with 8gb compatible images.
Alternately flash and boot to twrp or your choice of custom recovery and follow this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/development/rom-stock-motorola-lollipop-rom-t3017510
You will be on stock lollipop for XT1033.
Choose your version carefully
And you are forgetting user partitionsAll he did was flash the p.a. rom. I would think just restoring his backup would fix the issue.
Nop, normally any custom rom or PA won't touch user partitions. They need to be wiped manually . and to correct any issue with user partition it is best to go back full stock. All he did was flash the p.a. rom. I would think just restoring his backup would fix the issue.
I gotcha. Makes sense. Thanks. And you are forgetting user partitions
