Root [5.1.1]XenonHD For LG Leon C50/H345 on T-Mobile and Walmart Family Mobile

USB DEBUGGING
I can transfer pictures from phone to PC. Comes up as G4 :)
***I can't transfer other files***
Anyone else have issues with this?
There should be an option in the settings for switching the connection type when connecting to USB. I'm not 100% sure since I'm using cm12.1, but if there is, just switch it from mtp (camera) to ptp.

Which version of stock are you all on? I am on h34510f. I have tried both recoveries and both this rom and cm 12 and neither will flash.

Wow! Really surprised with this ROM. Works great so far. GPS works well (will report back if I have a problem with prolonged use.) Video recording actually does work... with the right app. I downloaded Vivid Video and was able to get a recording without it crashing. Other apps crashed and, strangely, there is no recording option in the default camera app. I don't really care because the Leon has a crappy camera anyway.

I use my phone primarily as an offline GPS device because my phone service is not compatible with it. Hopefully GPS works out well.

Thank you!!!

Update: I use my phone in Airplane mode with Wifi on, and GPS when I need it. This saves lots of battery. It may be the reason I'm getting good results with the GPS.

You used the ms345 recovery and the ms345 version of this ROM?
Not the c50 or h345 version.
Yes to both. I get nothing but errors.

Update-got it to flash by re downloading both the recovery and rom zip, but all i get when the phone finished booting is a blank screen.

Did you flash anything else? Mods, busybox, supersu?
Did you do a full wipe before flashing? (Dalvik, cache, data and system?) If so have you tried moving needed data off of internal SD and wiping that too?

Only other thing I flashed was gapps. Yep did a full wipe. Will try to do a full wipe including internal storage when i get home tonight.

I had trouble too but I flashed ms345 with blue TWRP v2.8.7.0 Let it sit for 5 minutes, then rebooted (by battery pull) and flashed gapps. For some reason my first 2 boots got stuck on a blank screen but I just battery-pulled and it booted up fine the 3rd reboot.

I just noticed something, did anyone else boot xenon up and have two of the hotplug settings ticked in kernel auditor? Msm hotplugging and Qualcomm hotplug had been enabled from the start for some reason.

metro pcs version downloads no problem
Maybe copy and paste the link in another browser

I want to share for those that have trouble with the GPS... Install macdroid and have it automated to turn GPS on certain apps that use it...its really not that hard to do...I learned from the app

I have no issues at all

I've tried that app etc for gps fix....it stops reboots but fine GPS ain't happening. I have trouble with Ingress. Ie getting directly overtop of a portal/target. Any chance of an update? I have lg flashtool etc and will test anything. Thanks. Overall very cool ROM.

So I was just looking around for kernels for 5.1.1 and I found this kernel (link below) and after backing everything up in twrp I gave it a shot and I got an error message but it went through when I flashed the zip...i was able to bootup just don't know if it did anything...if any of the advanced homies can see if it works...again do a back up as I did to cover yourself

I was able to see a slight difference in the phone and contacts lag I was having...receiving calls etc but that's just me lol

Again backup before testing just wanted to share

There's no way this should have gone through since this is based from a zte device. It probably quit the install and you're just witnessing placibo effects.

Your right it didn't install...thinking that it did I change the io scheduler to noop and the read right to 512 and its snappy and clean...idk love this phone with the ROM

Is this 5.1 rom still being worked on?
Any news on xenon hd 6.0 for lg leon?
I do have a laptop now and can help maybe. Thanks guys

The link to the MS345 ROM doesn't seem to be working. Can anyone load up an additional mirror that isn't on c0urier.net?

GPS HELP!!!!! OK. I downloaded Faster GPS apk from play store and my GPS is almost flawless. Basically it changes GPS configuration.
