Help 5.1 channel music

as we all know in our smart phone v have facility of 5.1 channel surround on music player after inserting ear phones.but when I click on 5.1chn it says I need to off sound effects but I dont see off option option in sound effects it just hav nirmal how can I off sound effects and activate 5.1 channel surround sound, please help...

Menu, settings, sound effects, set sound effects to normal.

as i mentioned above i have alredy set it to normal in music player sound effects yet 5.1 channel repeats the same thin to turn off sound effects

I went to Menu, settings, sound effects, set sound effects to normal.


I cannot see sound effects on the menu >> Settings.. there is Sound Effects. I have the Galaxy s2 ATT version.. I saw it the other day and now it disappeared.
