Accessories 5.1v .7ma LG charger for android desire

I have the OEM charger from my LG UX310 and need to know if the 5.1v listed on the AC charger is safe for the Android?

My OEM Desire charger says 5v 1.0A.

Im pretty sure that extra .1v will not matter. The .7ma charging rate just means it will charge a little slower than your current charger.

Just looking at the chargers in my house:

Blackberry Curve - 5v 700 mA
Nokia N97 - 5v 1200 mA
Nokia car charger - 5v 550 mA (shows as AC when I use it on the Desire but makes the phone HOT with Nav & GPS on)
