Help 5 Minutes & 10 Seconds to Cold Boot

It takes my T-Bolt 5 mins and 10 secs to cold boot from first HTC logo screen to unlock screen. I know that's whacked, but what could be causing it to take so long? I switched from a 16 GB microSD to 32 GB, but the boot time didn't change. Any ideas on what to check?

Ditto. If I do a cold boot, I go any find something else to do for a while, lol.

That's about the same for me. You could always try the fast boot option in settings - power.

If you fast boot, some of your apps may not load back up.
