I bought my eris in late may and it came with the "official" (if you will) 2.1 version with 1.49 hboot. Two days ago i received the 12mb update that came out. after installing the update, i put my phone in airplane mode, waited a 5-10 mins and switched back. my time without signal went down to 49%. i did the airplane mode thing again and now it reads 0% without signal.
I dont know if this was a fluke or why it now reads zero buit i will take it!! so i figured i'd share the news.
