I'm sorry but you are mistaken. The deductible for the LG Esteem and LG Connect is $99. It was $130 at one point but it's $99 since February.

Yes this is warranty exchange if your phone is defective or has technical problems (constant reboot, DOA, bugs, etc.) And yes it is $10 to get a replacement within 3-5 days or $30 over the counter on the same day but you'll have to contact metro corporate because I'm not sure if they still have the Esteem in stock. Hope this helps
