so im having few issues...
when i call 611 from my phone or any other phone it tells me that my account cant be found.. it ask me to enter my number and it still says that my account its not in the archives....
when i talk to representative they find my account very easy as usual..
my metro app aint working for this reason and I guess thats the same reason that doesnt let my Visual Voicemail get set up.
They reset my system and same thing...
one guy is telling me that it s a problem in my phone but even if I call 1888*** (metropcs) when it ask me to dial my number still telling that the account cant be found...
all this started to happend since i changed my called id i think...
another weird thing is when i log into my account on metro's website in the page that gives u a picture of phone, plan, and tells if u have extra services it doesnt show my phone, but in profile it says my phone and my sim card...
its been 2 month like this.
there was a guy here willing to help 2 month ago but cant get the post to know who was it so if u read this please let me know who you are and if u can help!
