Accessories 6ft power cord

Anyone else think the short power card that comes with the evo is way too short and unuseful? I have gotten 6ft cords for my gf iPhone, my iPad, etc...but when I look for ones on eBay a lot say they are for pc hook up but will not charge phone...anyone have a good source or good eBay store or seller that sells a 6ft micro/USB evo power cable?

I may be mistaken but I thought all USB cables were supposed to be able to transmit a charge. I thought that was part of the design of them.
