7" Google Android 2.1 for 90$ opinions?

It's hit or miss as to whether you can do any firmware loads on it. Every tablet looks the same on the outside, but the chipsets are all different. So, you really wont know until you get your hands on it.

If you are in the US stop at your local CVS and see if they have the 7 inch craig tablet. It costs $100 and runs 2.1, there is a 2.2 rom for it however it is not all that stable. They also have a classified section over at slatedroid with tablets for cheap prices. Remember if you are going to buy a $100 tablet expect it to be a $100 tablet it will not compete against the xoom, SGS tab, or the ipad however it can be used as a decent web portal and a great ebook reader. If you are looking for a laptop replacement you really should be looking to pay for a xoom, I believe the wifi only version will be out soon for $599.
